The financial industry has been an integral part of my career for a long time. Originally from Western New York, I attended Niagara University and studied English and business administration. From there, I attended graduate school at Boston University.
While in Boston, I landed a job at The Boston Herald and MetroWest Daily News covering the region's financial services industry. It was the perfect training ground for my future. I learned how the markets work, how companies interact with the markets, how individuals invest, and how financial analysts do what they do. Thanks to those insights, education and experience, I am able to offer my clients more in-depth knowledge and expertise as a financial professional.
From a young age, helping people has been my priority. I've held jobs in sales where the goal was always to make the sale – period – regardless of the customer's financial position. But to me, it just didn't feel like the right thing to do. Today, I do the opposite. I put people in a better financial position for their families and their future.
I started my practice in 2016. Since then I've helped many clients achieve their financial goals and dreams. Along the way I've made significant strides in my career and achieved the following qualifications that I'm proud of:
I belong to Business Network International (BNI), a referral and networking business among professionals across various disciplines. This can be a resource for my clients whereby I can provide business referral service they may need.
In my very first year as an agent, I won the New York Life Career Summit Award – for agents who have met specific production goals, it provided training to help advance my career growth.
I am a three-time member of the Executive Council of New York Life in 2018, 2019, and 2020.*
Married to my wonderful wife, Jennifer, for more than 15 years, I am a devoted family man with three wonderful children. Both of my parents play an inspirational role in my financial services practice. My father is a continual source of encouragement. My mother is a client, my best, of course.
I am also very involved in my community and politics—I am a devout member of my church, of which I am pastor. I have served in the New Hampshire Legislature as a state representative, and I'm involved in political efforts to support my clients and people like them as they attemp to create their own American dream. When time allows, I also enjoy hiking, boating, gardening and home improvement projects.
I've spent my entire career helping people succeed, not only financially but also in life. I'd like to do the same for you. Please call me with questions or concerns. Let's talk.
